Velaa Private Island Secures A Golden Victory At The Hotel Asia International Culinary Challenge
Velaa Private Island Chefs secures seven gold medals at the recently held Hotel Asia International Culinary Challenge.
Held from 17th September to 20th September at Dharubaaruge, Velaa private Island secured gold medals in Best Maldivian Dish, Best Young Chef, Best Plated Hot Dish, Dress the Cake, Best Tapas and Finger Food, Best Hot Pasta and Best Appetizer.

This year’s edition saw the participation of 630 chefs in 20 categories. Their dishes were judged by world-renowned chefs from the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs).
