Cocoon Maldives Receives TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2017

Cocoon Maldives announced their most recent achievement as Certificate of Excellence 2017 by TripAdvisor.

This honorable award is only received by establishments which showcase the heights of hospitality. Now in its 7th year, the Certificate of Excellence was created by Trip Advisor to reward and celebrate the accommodations, attractions and eateries that receive rave reviews on their website every year.

The Certificate of Excellence considers the quantity, quality and recentness of the reviews submitted by travelers during a 12-month period. In order for businesses to qualify for the stamp of excellence, they must maintain a TripAdvisor rating of at least four of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for 12 months.

“This recognition helps travelers identify and book properties that regularly deliver great service. TripAdvisor is proud to play this integral role in helping travelers feel more confident in their booking decisions.”

The Vice President of Industry Marketing at TripAdvisor, Heather Leisman said, “TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2017 Certificate of Excellence, which celebrated hospitality businesses that have consistently received strong praise and ratings from travelers. This recognition allows us to publicly honor businesses that are actively engaging with customers and using feedback to help traveler identify and confidently book the right property at the right price.”
