Resort Maldives has welcomed Mariusz
Siwkowski as the resort’s new Food and Beverage Manager.
Mariusz’s first month of residency at the resort has revealed his skill and his initial impression on the resort has been impressive. The German expert has made an impact on Kuredu’s Food and Beverage department in his eventful first month. He said ‘Kuredu is already like a family to me, not just because of the great and friendly team, but of course also thanks to our fantastic and welcoming guests’.
Mariusz has worked in the Food and Beverage services industry in a few notable properties in Germany, Switzerland and England. He admits that even though it was difficult for him to consider leaving Berlin, the flattering offer from Kuredu was very appealing. He accepted the job immediately. ‘You don’t turn down such a great opportunity to combine pleasure and work in paradise!’ he commented.
A month into his residency at Kuredu, he shared some insight into which dining options he would recommend. The Veli Dinner, Candlelight Dinner, the Romantic Dinner Cruise or dining under water at 5.8 Undersea Restaurant are all tempting options among many to choose from.
His recommendation at the resort’s a la carte restaurants include Lobster at The Beach Restaurant, Sushi & Sashimi at The Far East or Mussels at Franco’s.
He also added his idea on spending an enjoyable late afternoon at Kuredu; Wine tasting. The resort offers an excellent selection of wines at the Sangu Wine Cellar for every occasion. The resort’s sommelier, Mr. Sreejith can recommend an exceptionally good wine options with vast knowledge on the subject. With his passion, he gives a new face to the wine cellar.
For wine enthusiasts and even those with novice knowledge on it, the wine tasting should certainly be an experience not to miss out on.
